If you honestly believe that authoritative governments such as China or Russia implement restriction on DNS so they can stop “hate speech” not political opposition you’re naive.
You began your response by criticizing the US for not willing to establish a international regulatory body but seem to think that a larger world wide equivalent could be any better. It’s almost as if your only reason for doing so is that there could be greater restrictions on free expression. Perhaps China’s great firewall would be more to your suiting after all.
